Rethinking Oral Health, from the inside out
with Dr. Katie To
Your mouth is not separate from your body. It never was.
The bacteria in your gums, the materials in your fillings, the way you breathe, sleep, and heal⦠all of it connects to your energy, your immune system, and your long-term health.
But most dentistry still treats symptoms at the surface.
This podcast is about something deeper.
Your journey to Oral Health for Longevity starts here
If youβre new here, these are some of the best places to start.
A few conversations that will quickly show you what this podcast is really about, how your mouth connects to the rest of your body, and why this perspective changes everything.
Each episode brings together dentists, doctors, and health experts who are asking better questions:
- Why does disease start in the first place?
- What are we missing when we only look at symptoms?
- And how do you actually create long-term health, not just short-term fixes?
Start with any of these episodes, and youβll begin to see the bigger picture.
